- HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP A PRODUCT?
We are 'Made To Order', and hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we would require 30 days. You may reach us at below co-ordinates so that we can assist you with the appropriate details for the product.

Yes, Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.

If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. Every piece is made to order at the studio and goes through multiple processes before we are able to create the perfect piece for you. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 15-20 business working days. - HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

- ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our pieces are made to order in house at our studio. We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colors truest and nearest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
