Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

 

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All orders will take about 30 days for delivery from the date we get 100% advance.  Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

For Indian Customers products prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customer products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes / duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies.

 

DOMESTIC (within India): 

  1. Shipping within India is INR 400 irrespective of the number of items bought (with a combined value less than INR 9999).
  2. Shipping within India is free on purchases above INR 9999.
  3. Orders are delivered within 15-20 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@shikhamehta.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

  1. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
  2. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer, as 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.
  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@shikhamehta.in within 2 hours of placing the order.
